BPA is an abbreviation of Bimbingan Praktis Ahli. This positios is like Management Trainee position, where the successful candidates will be trained to be a future leader of Pertamina Persero. The selected candidates will attend on-the-job training and participate in cross-functional teams in the company.

There are various job duties may be assigned to this position. Usually you will be rotated to all department and operation to understand all business process of the company.
You will observe the field of pertamina, make an analysis and also you may participate in projects assigned by the company based on the growth of the business.
When you've plan to apply "BPA Pertamina 2013" you require graduate from diploma with GPA Min 2,75 scale of 4.00. The academic major which considered are Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Stats, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Metallurgical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Civil Engineering and Chemical Engineering
The test and recruitment of BPA Pertamina will be held in nine big cities, including: Bandung, Balikpapan, Jakarta, Jayapura, Makassar, Medan, Palembang, Surabaya and Yogyakarta. The job application will be expired until April 14, 2013
