Through the programme, the students are exposed to real working environments where they are challenged to handle real problems and develop skills such as effective communication and interpersonal skills in the work environment.
Through this program, the students have the opportunity to become familiar with Bumi Resource's organization, work style, culture and global reach. Participating students are often considered for repeat internships or a long-term commitment of regular employment.
Bumi Resources hires both diploma and bachelor students in the programs. You can be considered for participation if you are major in accounting, law, tax, english literature, Psychology, Administration, secretary, IT and Computer science.
As a candidate under consideration for this program, you will need to demonstrate a high level of communication skills, including speaking and writing. You should have good personality and eager to learn. You are also should be able to demonstrate strong leadership, communication and teaming skills.
The duration of "Bumi Internship Program" is between two months to six months
