Administrative Assistant at McDermott Batam

McDermott Batam is looking or an Administrative Assistant.

Administrative Assistant position at McDermott Batam is an administration clerk job function and will be based in Batam at Discipline General Service Department of McDermott Batam.

This position is providing administrative duties, likes providing administrative support and assistance to Managers, Paralegal and Secretary (Legal/Contracts/Risk Management team). When you apply this position you must be willing to travel to other locations, the frequent travel is about 25%.

You have capable in English and Computer when you've plan applying this position, and you must graduate from diploma in administration or business management with 3 years experience in the same position.

Your job responsibilities are helping in assists in retrieval and transmission of files, records, data and documents for urgent work processing needs and follows up on and completes day to day office matters, issues, requests.

You are also responsible in controlling document - monitoring, recording and filing of documents under department's custody and also assisting with setting up, filling and updating Bid / Tender and Bid backup document files.

You are also responsible in assisting IT requests, invoice records, checking, processing, recording, filing. You are also must capable in handling travel arrangements, logistics and travel visas for department team as and when necessary.
