Contact Center Program Manager
This position will be based in Philippines. When you accepted to join with us, you will be responsible to make an Implementation Services Strategies. You are responsible for the day-to-day management and motivation of contact center employees. You may always handle complex customer complaints or enquiries in all days
Other Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the function to create and maintain a high performance culture throughout the department.
- Ensure that teams have the correct training and development regime to consistently deliver world class service to all client contacts.
- Work with senior management to develop business objectives.
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships (internal/external) to facilitate the delivery of excellent client service across all business functions.
- Effectively manage departmental change and the continuous improvement process.
- Developing, implementing and reviewing core responsibilities and tasks.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
