Bank Development Program (BDP) BCA is a professional training (likes Management Trainee) to prepare the future leader of BCA. This programs will equip the participants with various banking skills and a balance dose of Self Development and Knowledge and Technical Skills in Banking. At this programs the participant will b instructed by experts in banking with various method: Observation, Training in Class, mentoring and Internship program

BCA Development Program is aimed at the S1 and S2 graduates who have high work motivation, creative and dynamic to be a professional with integrity in the banking sector. You also require have a GPA minimal 3.00 scale of 4 for bachelor degree graduate and GPA minimal 3,25 scale of 4 for Master Degree graduate.

This program requires the candidates to have good analytical skills, highly motivated and excleent in communications both English or Bahasa Indonesia. When you accepted you must be willing to be attached to the company bond and willing to be placed in all areas in Indonesia

Formal requirements:

1. Health certificate from medical
2. Police certificate
3. Free Drugs cetificate
